    • The production process of lithium batteries is divided into three major stages: first, electrode fabrication, second, cell fabrication, and third, battery assembly. In the production process of lithium batteries, the production of electrode plates is the foundation, and the production of battery cells is the core. Battery assembly is related to the quality of lithium battery products. The specific process of lithium battery production includes positive electrode slurry, negative electrode slurry, positive electrode sheet, negative electrode sheet, steel shell assembly, liquid injection and testing, and packaging.

      1. Preparation of electrode slurry

      Mainly by mixing electrode active materials, binders, solvents, etc. together, thoroughly stirring and dispersing to form a slurry.

      2. - Coating

      Apply the prepared slurry evenly to the collector (aluminum foil or copper foil, etc.) with the specified thickness and dry the solvent.

      3. - Pole punching

      Punch and cut the electrode made in the previous step into the specified size and shape.

      4. - Lamination

      Assemble the positive and negative electrode plates and diaphragms together, and after completing the adhesive application, form the electrode core.

      5. - Assemble the soft pack battery

      Install the electrode core produced in the previous step into the aluminum plastic film that has already been punched out, and complete the top seal, side seal, etc. (also leaving a mouth for liquid injection) to form a soft pack battery without liquid injection.

      6. - Liquid injection

      Inject a specified amount of electrolyte into the interior of the soft pack cell. Of course, the battery cell needs to be baked and injected in a low humidity environment, as excessive moisture content is not good.

      7. - Battery sealing

      Extract and seal the gas inside the battery cell in a vacuum environment.

    • 1.--电极浆料制备

    • 3.--极片冲切
      • 将上一步制作出来的极片冲切成指定的尺寸形状。
    • 4.--叠片
      • 将正负极片、隔膜装配到一起,完成贴胶后,形成极芯。
    • 5.--组装软包电池
      • 将上一步生产的极芯装入已经冲好坑的铝塑膜,并完成顶封、侧封等(还要留个口注液),形成未注液的软包电池。
    • 6.--注液
      • 将指定量的电解液注入软包电芯内部。当然电芯要经过烘烤,并且在低湿度环境下进行注液操作,水分含量过多就不好了。
    • 7.--电池密封
      • 在真空环境中将电芯内部的气体抽出并完成密封。
