Safe and pollution-free gas control: Oil free compressors and Laibao vacuum pumps can handle variables such as intake airflow, explosive gas mixtures, dirty friction gas mixtures, and unpredictable airflow. It has a unique comprehensive supply range, including vacuum pumps, compressors, and composite systems, suitable for various applications in the petrochemical industry. Vacuum pump applications typically provide integrated systems that combine multiple functions according to user needs, and provide proprietary technical consulting.
Application of vacuum pumps in the petrochemical industry
Gas recovery
In the oil and natural gas industry, gas recovery is a process for recovering hydrocarbon gases from storage tanks, whether it is upstream production or downstream refining, where gases are discharged into the atmosphere. Gas recovery can be achieved by removing the vacuum and compressing the gas from the storage tank. By using the Laibao liquid ring pump, it is possible to recover, liquefy, and then reuse ethane gas. For this purpose or during this process, a rotary vane compressor is used, which includes separating non condensable gases through a separator and compressing the gas into the sales line for distribution.
Gas recovery
Gas recovery can be described as gas recovery in refining sewage systems or production. Due to its composition, this gas is usually considered as exhaust gas. Due to the presence of a large amount of HC gas, these gases are usually burned off.
Many times, some high-quality gases that can be utilized are burned out, and these gases have some residual BTU values. This gas, once separated, can be recovered and compressed from the Lebao low-pressure compressor into the large pipeline compressor. These reciprocating compressors maximize the compression and recovery of gas, compressing it into power generation equipment for processing, and can be used for combined power generation.
The concept of "turning waste into treasure" is applied here, as recycling most of the gas that needs to be burned is economical and used as an energy and income generating source. Reducing the unnecessary burning of gases to the minimum is not only beneficial for environmental protection, but also solves income and opportunity issues.
Gas boost
Gas boosting includes using a Leibao booster compressor to deliver natural gas to engines that may be used during the recovery and compression process.
Enhanced oil recovery
Strengthening oil recovery is an upstream program that includes eliminating vacuum in oil wells to relieve pressure, allowing oil to flow more freely and increasing oil production. At the same time, it also includes incidental gas, which is simply the recovery of incidental or wellhead gas. At the same time, an oil/gas separator is used at the recovery point, usually at the oil well surface.
Gas collection
This upstream program involves evacuating and compressing several oil wells, and collecting gas into a branch pipe or storage tank. This program is usually completed by a Leibao vacuum pump or low-pressure compressor, which presses gas into a high-pressure pipeline compressor, usually a reciprocating compressor, and enters the gas processing equipment for processing.
Crude oil stabilization
By using a Laibao dry vacuum pump or compressor to discharge dissolved gas and stabilize the actual steam pressure, crude oil can be stabilized. According to the changes in environmental temperature, the safety of the raw oil tank can be improved by eliminating the vacuum degree of the raw oil tank and reducing the compression degree of the exhaust port.
