1. Application of Power Substation
Whether in urban or rural areas, as long as there is electricity, substations are needed, and the annual maintenance and repair of high-voltage circuit breakers and GIS equipment in substations are particularly important.
- Sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas is widely used in high-voltage circuit breakers, GIS equipment, and other electrical switchgear due to its chemical stability and excellent insulation arc extinguishing performance. Pure SF6 gas is colorless, odorless, and basically non-toxic. However, once the purity is not enough to mix with toxic impurities, or under high-power arc, spark discharge, and corona discharge, SF6 gas can decompose and free various toxic substances
With the continuous acceleration of urban construction, the scale and capacity of supporting power facilities and equipment are increasing day by day, especially GIS electrical equipment, which has been widely used in new substations due to its small footprint, high operational reliability, rapid installation, and low maintenance workload, all of which have led to an increase in the use of SF6 gas to some extent. If SF6 is improperly controlled during use or there are errors in gas recovery, Not only does it pollute the environment, but it can also have adverse effects on the normal operation of electrical equipment and the health of employees. Therefore, the sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas recovery device is one of the essential key equipment for maintenance, and the sulfur hexafluoride compressor and vacuum pump are the core of this equipment.
2. Application of power plants
Ultra supercritical coal-fired power generation technology is an advanced and efficient power generation technology. Ultra supercritical units in thermal power plants refer to boilers with steam pressure not less than 593 ℃ or steam pressure not less than 31 MPa. Ultra supercritical technology has the characteristics of good inheritance and easy implementation of large-scale production. The unit has high reliability, high availability, strong thermal engine performance, and long service life. 600MW and 1000MW ultra supercritical units will become the main power generation units for the basic load of China's electrified grid in the future. The main applications include desulfurization, delisting, dust removal, dust transportation, and the use of a large amount of compressed air for instruments and meters.
