- Air filter - The air filter is an important protective barrier for the compressor, its function is to filter out the dust in the air sucked in by the compressor, ensure the cleanliness of the sucked air, extend the service life of the oil filter element, oil and gas separator core, and oil, and is also an important gateway to ensure that the host is not damaged by foreign objects entering. Usually every 1000 hours, remove the filter element to remove dust from the surface during shutdown. The method of removing dust is to use dry compressed air below 0.23 to blow out the dust particles attached to the outside of the filter element from the inner cavity of the filter element, and then clean the dirt on the inner wall of the filter cover to reinstall the filter element. Under normal circumstances, the filter element needs to be replaced every 4000 hours of operation. After removing and cleaning the filter element 4 or 5 times, it must be replaced. However, in dusty areas, the time interval for cleaning and replacing the filter element should be shortened. Otherwise, the excessive use of the filter element poses great risks, such as reducing the exhaust volume, increasing the resistance of the filter element, and increasing the energy consumption of the unit. The filter element may be damaged and enter the main engine to cause accidents.

Lubricating oil should be replaced on time and should not be used beyond the deadline, otherwise the quality of the oil will decrease, the lubricity will be poor, and the ignition point will decrease, which can easily cause accidents. After using the compressor for 2 years, lubricating oil can be used for secondary system cleaning work.
