• DRYVAC is a new series of Leybold dry vacuum pumps, which can provide various functions according to specific applications. The special requirements of photoelectric industry, flat panel display and processing industry market are considered in the development of Leybold DRYVAC series. All DRYVAC pumps are cooled with water, very compact in appearance and easy to be combined with the system, especially with the proven Roots pumps of Leybold RUVAC WH(U), WS(U) and WA(U) series. 

  There is no liquid operating medium or sealing medium in the cavity of the dry pump, which provides clean vacuum and ensures high reliability and low maintenance requirements. According to the application requirements, Leybold can provide different types of dry compression vacuum pumps with different operating principles, such as diaphragm pump DIVAC, vortex pump SCROLLVAC, screw pump SCREWLINE, DRYVAC and LEYVAC. 

  The control system is designed by UNIGY and customized for customers, including relay control and touch screen control, and direct remote control and communication can be realized. Functions include fault display, operating time, replacement time of spare parts and reminding, etc.
