UNIGY oil-free compressor is characterized by compact and simple construction.
Similar to motor, the long-life grease and sealed roller bearing can greatly reduce the friction in crank mechanism. Therefore, the whole compressor is free of oil. That is, it is an oil-free compressor, which requires no maintenance and lubrication.
The equipment cost saved allows the recovery of equipment investment cost in a short time.
The oil-free compressor is applicable to the compression of air, SF6, helium, nitrogen, biogas, propylene, tail gas, bradenhead gas, coal gas, coalbed methane, methyl chloride, ethylene, LNG, butadiene, R22 refrigerant, ethane, butane, liquefied gas and so on.

It is characterized by low noise, low vibration, compact construction, stable operation, long service life, low failure rate and low maintenance cost, which could ensure the compressor runs more reliably.
Ductile cast iron construction
All pressure parts are made of ductile cast iron, which strengthens the resistance to heat and mechanical shock. TNT-12PTFE or nickel plating may be selected to enhance corrosion resistance.
Heavy-duty crankshaft
The crankshaft made of ductile cast iron, and the integral balance weight could ensure smooth and noiseless operation. The built-in oil hole delivers lubricating oil to the crankshaft and the balance weight for lubrication.
O-ring for cylinder head and cylinder block
The cylinder head and cylinder block are sealed by means of O-ring, which can ensure reliable sealing under various operating conditions. O-rings made of sodium rubber, fluorous rubber, neoprene, PTEE and EPR may also be provided.
Self-lubricating piston ring
The thickened self-lubricating PTFE piston ring effectively prolongs wearing life.
